Birthday Party

Make your child's birthday an unforgettable adventure at Peak Experiences! Our parties begin with a brief risk management orientation before guests hit the walls for an hour of climbing fun. With routes for all ability levels and Auto Belays available, every participant can climb at their own pace while our staff helps ensure a safe and exciting experience.

After climbing, the fun continues with our famous Rainbow Ladder, a colorful, wobbly challenge that's always a favorite among participants. Once the climbing is complete, your group will head to a private party room to enjoy food, open presents, and celebrate together.

Peak birthday parties are designed to be easy for parents and exciting for kids. We provide the space, equipment, and instruction so you can focus on making memories while we handle the adventure.

Party Pricing

$60 transferable deposit (applied to total party price) reserves your birthday party time slot and must be paid at the time of booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable; However, the deposit can be transferred to another date, time, or event if rescheduled more than 7 days from the previously scheduled event.
$395 for up to 10 participants.
- Each additional climber $25, up to a maximum of 20 climbers.

Schedule

EVERYONE entering the building will need an updated Assumption of Risk Form, even if you are not climbing and plan to just watch.
When people arrive, they will get checked in and be sent to the party room
The party will start with a 15-minute rule debrief for climbers and introductions.
1 hour of climbing time on our Auto Belays. Peak Staff will be clipping in climbers to our Auto-Belay systems!
Our awesome staff will wrap up the climbing portion of the party on the Rainbow Ladder. Our staff will belay climbers for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes on the Rainbow Ladder, you will have a half hour of party time in our party room!
Our Peak staff will provide you with the final cost of the party 30 minutes before the party ends. You can settle up at the front desk before you leave!

Tips for staff are not required but appreciated

What is included

FREE party favors for all climbers!
- Color-changing cups, stickers, and mini carabiners, with optional T-shirts for an additional fee
Climbing harnesses for every participant
Draped tables, chairs, plates, napkins, silverware, and balloons are provided and set up before your arrival!
- Feel free to bring additional decorations, but no glitter or confetti, please!

Climbers must be at least 5 years old

FAQ'S

Do participants need climbing experience?
- Not at all! Our parties are designed for climbers of all experience levels. Our staff will provide instruction and support throughout the event so everyone can have fun and climb confidently.
What should guests wear?
- We recommend comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. All climbing equipment is provided.
Do guests need a waiver?
- Yes. Everyone entering the climbing gym must have a completed Assumption of Risk form on file, including all climbers, parents, guardians, and spectators. Completing waivers before the party helps make check-in quick and easy for everyone.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
- Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own cake, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy in the party room after climbing.
Do you have a place to keep food and drinks cold?
- Yes! We have a full-size refrigerator available for storing cakes, drinks, fruit trays, and other food items during your party.
How early can I arrive to set up?
- You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to decorate and get settled in the party room.
Can I decorate the party room?
- Absolutely! You're welcome to bring decorations to personalize your celebration. Please avoid items that may damage walls or create excessive cleanup, such as confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
Do parents need to stay?
- A responsible adult must remain on-site for the duration of the party, but our staff will lead all climbing activities.
What happens if a guest doesn't have an Assumption of Risk Form completed?
- Guests without a completed Assumption of Risk form will not be permitted to enter the climbing area until their waiver has been completed, so we encourage party hosts to share the waiver link with all guests beforehand.
