$380 for a minimum of 10 Climbers, Then $45 for each additional participant

To help make check-in run smoothly, please collect all money ahead of time so that the event can be paid for with one transaction. Please do not try to pay individually on the night of the event. Payment will be collected once the group checks in.

A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking.

The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be transferred to a new date if rescheduling happens more than 30 days out from the current event. The deposit can only be transferred once and must be attached to a new event at the time of rescheduling. The deposit cannot float. If you need to reschedule within 30 days of your event, the deposit will be forfeited.

Participants: Any person who plans on climbing during the event.

Chaperones: Any person, over the age of 18, who does not plan on climbing.

There is no charge for Chaperones.

All groups must have a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 40.

Ages 6+. We require 1 adult for every 5 climbers under the age of 16. Climbers and chaperones 16 years of age or older can be certified on the auto-belays.

Can I change the amount of climbers? 

Yes, you are able to change the participant count up until the event starts. 

What should participants wear?

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing and don't forget a water bottle!

Does everyone need to complete a waiver?

Yes. Everyone entering the facility—including climbers and spectators—must have a current Assumption of Risk form on file. Completing these forms before your event helps speed up check-in.

Do I need any climbing experience?

Not at all! Our Group Auto Belay events are designed for climbers of all experience levels. Our staff will provide a safety orientation and show everyone above the age of 16 how to use the Auto Belay systems before climbing.
